Rule 17
Protection of raw materials
The licensee of alcohol production shall arrange proper protection of raw materials such as molasses, spirit etc. If there is any loss or damage without proper protection of such raw materials, then the licensee shall collect the revenue from the licensee according to the highest rate for the alcohol produced by the licensee.
